Brownie Batter Overnight Oats


Yeild: 1 serving


-½ cup (145g) rolled oats

-1 scoop chocolate protein powder

-2 tbsp cocoa powder

-¼ tsp vanilla extract

-⅛ tsp salt

-¾ – 1 cup milk (¾ cup has a thicker consistency, 1 cup has a thinner, porridge like consistency)


1. In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt.

2. Add the milk and mix together. Pour the milk ¼ cup at a time until you’re happy with the consistency

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4. Remove from the fridge and top with optional toppings ( I used chocolate chips, peanut butter and bananas)
